In principle, it will be delivered in the name of the director of the clinic that received online medical treatment and telemedicine by telephone. We will not send the delivery source under a name that is not related to our hospital, such as the delivery center.
Payment method at the time of cash on delivery
In the case of cash on delivery, please pay cash at the time of delivery.
* Luggage has a storage period. If you cannot receive your luggage due to a long absence , please check here . If the storage period has expired, it will be returned to our hospital and we may charge you the actual fare. Example: Outbound (delivered from our hospital to patient) fare + Inbound (returned from patient to our hospital) fare + resend Outbound (redelivered from our hospital to patient)

In principle, we do not deliver to addresses other than the registered address, but we accept receipts at Yamato Transport's directly managed stores. Please enter the desired Yamato Transport office address and office name at the time of payment.
