- Registration
- Please register here . It will take some time to approve after 19:00. Please write down your ID and password.
- Applying for a test kit
- Once the approval is completed, you will be able to apply. Please log in using the ID and password you set yourself, and then select the test content according to your symptoms and concerns. * If you do not receive the application completion email, please check your junk email folder and contact us.
- Shipment and receipt of inspection-related kits

- We will send the inspection equipment to the specified address or the specified post office (in the case of general delivery). Normally, it will be delivered within 1-2 days after you apply. (For remote islands such as Hokkaido and Okinawa, it may take several days.)

- ・ Cash on delivery: Same day delivery after application. Please pay the fee at the time of receipt.
- Collecting a sample (inspection object)
- Customers are requested to collect samples. Please read the instruction manual carefully before use. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions about the collection method.
- Return of sample (inspection)
- Please put the collected sample in the reply envelope and return it as soon as possible. * Of course, there is no charge for returning the item.
- Implementation of inspection
- When the sample arrives, we will carry out the inspection within Medic Co., Ltd. * Medic Co., Ltd. is a registered hygiene laboratory licensed by the city and conducts the same tests as general hospitals and clinics.
- Report of results
- [Receiving test results] You can check
the test results on " Web browsing ". It takes a minimum of 2 business days for the results to be reflected, and 7 to 10 days when inspections are concentrated.
Infectious disease test kit (mail)
This is a mail inspection kit that you can collect and send the sample yourself at home. The test results can be confirmed on the web within a minimum of 2 business days after the sample arrives at the laboratory.
