In some cases, at the discretion of the doctor, we started the telephone medical treatment in response to the fact that we can handle the sending of prescription information by facsimile etc. by medical treatment using telephone or information communication equipment.

Regarding the implementation of medical treatment using telephone or information and communication equipment from the first medical examination When a patient requests medical treatment by telephone, etc., the doctor of the medical institution who received the request for medical treatment, etc. To the extent that diagnosis and prescription are medically possible under the responsibility of the doctor concerned by medical treatment using equipment, diagnosis and prescription are performed by medical treatment using telephone and information and communication equipment from the first medical examination.

Since our hospital operates based on the guidelines for the proper implementation of online medical care, we ask all online medical care users to visit us regularly. Please let us know at any time when you start using a drug other than the one prescribed by our hospital or if you feel any change in your body.

● For patients who are using for the first time

2 Press the send button only once.
3 Be sure to check the OS and browser of your device.
4 Registration is possible 24 hours a day, but it may take some time for approval to be completed.
5 If the usage registration is done outside the consultation hours, approval will not be possible until the next consultation day, so there is no need to re-register.
6 If "Please check your device" is displayed on the registration page, please update to the relevant environment and re-register.
7 The reason why the desired time zone is not displayed on the reservation screen is that another patient has already made a reservation. Please select another time.
8 New registration URLs are old and new. The correct URL is here .
9　Even if you do not receive the verification result, please let us know the event without repeating the new registration many times .
10 Never re-register from a different terminal at the time of new registration.
11 Please use the same terminal for registration and online medical treatment.
12.　Please use the e-mail address used for registration that can be received by the terminal used for online medical treatment .
13 If you do not receive the confirmation email within 5 minutes after making an online medical appointment, please contact us .
14 If you cannot see the doctor during the online medical appointment time, you can cancel the appointment by clicking the cancel appointment button and then make a reservation again. If you have less than one hour before the reserved time, please contact us using the form.
15 If you are using Chrome, enter about: flags in the address bar and enable Media Stream in the option settings. You can use this system after restarting.
