6 If "Please check your device" is displayed on the registration page, please update to the relevant environment and re-register.
7 The reason why the desired time zone is not displayed on the reservation screen is that another patient has already made a reservation. Please select another time.

9 Even if you do not receive the verification result, please let us know the event without repeating the new registration many times .
10 Never re-register from a different terminal at the time of new registration.
11 Please use the same terminal for registration and online medical treatment.

13 If you do not receive the confirmation email within 5 minutes after making an online medical appointment, please contact us .
14 If you cannot see the doctor during the online medical appointment time, you can cancel the appointment by clicking the cancel appointment button and then make a reservation again. If you have less than one hour before the reserved time, please contact us using the form.
