- Please register here . Please be sure to read the privacy policy at the end . It also includes matters related to telemedicine and online medical care by telephone. It will take some time for approval outside the consultation hours. Please write down your ID and password. * The text to be notified is for online medical treatment in normal times. - reservation
- Once approved, you will be able to make a reservation. You can select a terminal for telephone or online medical treatment at the terminal you are using. If you are not sure on the prescription drug selection screen, select the drug that you think you need temporarily. If you do not receive the reservation completion email, please check your junk email folder and contact us.
- consultation
- We will provide medical care by phone or online at the reserved time.
- payment completed
- If the examination is completed normally, please press the payment completion button. If you cannot press it, your doctor or staff will support you.
- Delivery
In the case of Kanto, motorcycle courier is available except in some areas. We will deliver to the specified address by Yamato Transport. Cash on delivery is available for non-credit cards (Visa, Master). It will be delivered by Takkyubin Collect. You can pick it up at Yamato Transport's directly managed stores. Please fill in the remarks column at the time of reservation or let us know at the time of examination.
